Do you have hot spots in your lawn or your landscape? If you do, you may have an irrigation problem, or the wrong sod or plant material has been used.

Are you replacing sod again?? If you have to keep replacing sod, you have a sprinkler/ irrigation problem.
Wet Grass does not mean the sprinklers work correctly. A working system is not a good system.
