Dead Grass

Are you replacing sod again?? If you have to keep replacing sod, you have a sprinkler/ irrigation problem.

Wet Grass does not mean the sprinklers work correctly. A working system is not a good system.

With the water restrictions in place, we need to have efficient irrigation systems.

By having an efficient irrigation system, an even amount of water is distributed by the irrigation heads. That means the sprinklers run within zones. Also, the sprinkler heads need to apply between a 1/2 inch to 3/4 of an inch of water per watering.

If you are replacing sod again, you have a weak spot in your irrigation system.

Fix the irrigation system first, then the sod.
