Rain Sensors and Smart Controllers

Rain sensors do need to be serviced and replaced on occasion. The 7 to 10 year window is generally when problems occur. Also, after high wind storms, you may need to service the rain sensor. Yes, the rain sensor does need service. And yes, they do work!
